Production methodprocess:Compound (I) hydrogenation, first remove benzyl protection base, and (II) in the

dimethylformamide, dicyclohexyl second carbide imine (DCC) and HOBt, coupled compounds (Ⅲ). (Ⅲ)

hydrogenated first remove benzyl protection base, again in dimethyl formamide, DCC and HOBt effect, and (V)

(Ⅳ) coupling. (V) and hydrazine reaction, into (Ⅵ). In addition (Ⅶ) and (Ⅷ) coupling (Ⅸ). (Ⅸ) remove tertiary

butyl protection, and again (Ⅵ) coupling (X). (X) successively and trifluoroacetic acid, benzene methyl sulfide

three (trifluoroacetic acid) and boron, trifluoroacetic acid reaction, remove protection base, with air oxidation

cyclization, finally get the peptide.
