Tirenavir is a new non peptide anti retroviral protease inhibitor used in AIDS treatment. It was first developed by

tibotec, an Icelandic branch of Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical. It is the highest bioavailability of six protease

inhibitors (xaquinavir, litonavir, indenavir, nafinavir, enrenavir and abt378 / R) at present. It is released from the

surface of infected host cells by blocking The formation of new and mature virus particles can inhibit the protease

of virus and play a role. When the product is used for a long time, it can usually reduce the HIV vector in the blood,

increase the CD4 cell count, reduce the chance of HIV infection, improve the quality of life and prolong life. It is

suitable for adults who are infected with HIV but have no curative effect after taking existing antiretroviral drugs.

The drug must be used in combination with low-dose ritona chemical Book Wei or other antiretroviral preparations

to improve the efficacy. The antiviral activity in vitro can be evaluated by anti acute and chronic infected adult

lymphocytes and lymphocytes in peripheral blood. IC50 is 0.012-0.08mmol/l for acute infected cells and 0.41mmol/l

for chronic infected cells. Take orally, the recommended dose is 1200mg once, twice a day. The patients with mild to

moderate liver dysfunction and those with renal dysfunction should be reduced. The main adverse reactions of tirenavir

were gastrointestinal reactions, flushing, pruritus and numbness around the mouth, depression, mood disorder, taste disorder,

etc. This product is not recommended for patients with moderate to severe liver dysfunction. Because this component

contains sulfanilamide group, it is forbidden for those who are allergic to Sulfanilamide and those who are allergic
