The plasma maximum plasma concentration (Cmax) was reached within 1-5 hours of administration,

and in most individuals, it reached a stable state after 7 days of administration. In a stable state, when

tiranavir was enhanced by low-dose ritonavir, the pharmacokinetics of tiranavir was linear.

Tiranavir was mainly eliminated from the body through feces. Most of the radiolabeled drugs (85.6%)

were recovered in feces and 11.5% in urine.  the half-life of tiranavir was 5.5h in female and 6h in male.

It has antiviral effect.
