Pyriproxyfen is a pyridine-based pesticide used against a variety of arthropoda, in particular to protect 

cotton crops against whitefly. 

It has also been found useful for protecting other crops. It is also used as a prevention for fleas on household pets.

Pyriproxyfen is often marketed under the trade name Nylar. In Europe, pyriproxyfen is known under

 the brand names Cyclio (Virbac) and Exil Flea Free TwinSpot (Emax).

Mosquitoes, flies and larvae exposed to the agent, basically in the pupal stage of death, could not emerge.

The agent persistence up to a month or so, and easy to use, no odor, is a good mosquito, fly medicine.

Precautions

1. There shall be in a dark, cool place for storage, away from fire.
