Nisoldipine (INN) is a calcium channel blocker of the dihydropyridine class. It sold in the United Statesunder the proprietary name Sular. Nisoldipine has tropism for cardiac blood vessels.

Pharmacologic action

The product is made of two hydrogen pyridine class calcium antagonists can prevent myocardial and vascular smooth muscle of calcium intake, selective dilating coronary artery and peripheral vascular function, improve the myocardial blood flow, reduce the peripheral resistance, reducing myocardial oxygen consumption, enhance myocardial hypoxia tolerance, reduce high blood pressure patients blood pressure.

Antihypertensive effect was dose dependent. The fall in blood pressure at the same time, the breath and does not affect the central nervous system.

Application

Treatment of mild and moderate hypertension

Usage and dosage: Oral medication, the adult 5-10 mg each time, 2 times a day, once in the morning and night
